We appreciate your continued partnership with CommerceUp, and we’re deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us to support your business’s software needs. Today, we have important news to share regarding our services.
After careful consideration and recent developments related to Commerceup acquisition, we regret to inform you that CommerceUp will be discontinuing services starting October month of 2023. This means we will not be onboarding any clients. We understand that this announcement may come as a surprise and may raise questions and concerns, and we want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for your business.
The decision to discontinue these services was made after a thorough evaluation of our offerings and their alignment with your evolving needs. We are fully aware of the impact this may have on your operations and want to emphasize our commitment to supporting you throughout this process.

Website Hosting Update for existing merchants :
While we are discontinuing software services, we want to make it clear that your website hosting will remain active until June 30, 2024. Which means support and maintenance will continue without any disruption and your billing subscription will be active. However, we will no longer be able to support the development of new features on our platform starting immediately. Should there be any changes that directly impact your business in the interim, please rest assured that we are ready to assist. You can communicate with your respective account manager or Partner company for any specific support requirements and details to keep your billing period active till that date. If you decide to migrate your website earlier than 30 June 2024, Please inform to cancel your subscription in advance.
